10 Years of Optimum: Moving Together
At Optimum, we are celebrating a special milestone this year: our 10th anniversary.
For a decade, our practice has been about more than just treatments; it is about the balance between movement, connection, and well-being.
To honor this anniversary, we are organizing one small-scale activity every month throughout 2026. Whether you choose a peaceful forest walk, a refreshing ice bath, or a relaxing boat trip through the canals—we warmly invite you to celebrate with us and move together.

Your participation makes a difference. All registration fees for this anniversary series will be donated entirely to the Peter Pan Vakantieclub.
This wonderful foundation organizes unforgettable holidays for children and teenagers with chronic illnesses, allowing them to enjoy themselves without worry and simply be kids again.
